Each item is made to order. Please allow:
- 2–5 business days for production
- 3–7 business days for shipping (U.S.)

If your package was delivered to the wrong address but the address entered at checkout was correct, please contact us at:

If the incorrect address was entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

- Allow 1–2 days, as some packages are marked delivered early
