Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
Your Options
- Store Credit (Recommended) – Fast and easy
- Size Exchanges – Available for eligible items
- Refunds to Original Payment Method – Available once the item is returned and inspected
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Because each item is made to order, we strongly encourage you to review the size guide before ordering.
If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
Please contact us by logging into your account or emailing us at returns@devoutly.net within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins and changes cannot be made.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Devoutly is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If the address is correct and an error occurs during shipping or delivery, we will make it right.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
