Order issues
You may request changes to your order within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in production and we may not be able to make changes.
If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- The changes you’d like to make (size, color, item, etc.)
Please note: Changes may result in a delay in fulfillment.
Your order number can be found in:
- Your order confirmation email, or
- Login to your account here under My Orders
If you cannot find your order number, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may have already started and we may not be able to cancel your order.
