Care instructions
- Machine wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
- Tumble-dry on a low cycle but hang-dry works best. Use a cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
All-over print backpacks, fanny packs, and tote bags should be hand-washed without bleach.
They should not be dry-cleaned or tumble-dried. You can iron these bags with a low heat setting.
• Embroidered hats wipe clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, it can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes.
• Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.
- Our White Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher-safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.
- However, the Enamel Mugs and the Black Glossy Mugs should only be hand-washed. Also, you can’t heat liquids or food directly in them—it can damage their coating.

- Yes, you can change an order that has already been submitted unless it has the status of Being Fulfilled. Please reach out as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges
• We currently offer size exchanges only, however we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please log into your account or email us at orders@devoutly.net
We are confident that you will love your order! However, if something doesn’t work out, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 30 days of shipping. Please note that a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping unless you are processing an exchange. Additionally, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

• To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If you want to return or exchange an item, please log into your account to start the process.
• We incur a $6 restocking and handling fee on all returns.
• When we receive your return, it will be inspected and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.
- We understand that sometimes accidents happen. Please be sure to view the size charts on every product page and make sure to check measurements before ordering.
- If you want to exchange an item, please log into your account to initiate the exchange.
- Once your item has been delivered back to our warehouse you will receive an email informing you of the exchange. If you haven’t received an email confirming your exchange within 7 days, let us know and we’ll look into this for you – Remember to check your junk/spam.
- There is a $6 fee for exchanges. This fee covers the cost of return shipping, restocking the product, and processing the new exchange order.
- Please note only one exchange per item per order will be accepted.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days. If after 10 business days, you haven’t received a refund please check with your credit card company or bank account first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@devoutly.net.
Shipping and Delivery
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, you can change it while we fulfill your order. However, we cannot change the address once your order has shipped. Please contact us at orders@devoutly.net with the correct mailing address.

- We currently do not have exact estimates for delivery time frames. Please note that every order requires a minimum of 2-5 business days for processing before it leaves our warehouse. Additionally, the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and it is only an estimate; therefore, it is not guaranteed.
- Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery times if there are delays caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as errors in the shipping address you provided, poor weather conditions, or backlogs at the post office. For international shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to customs, duty requirements, or postal service issues beyond our control.
Standard shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. is $4 – 9 and free on orders over $75. International shipping depends on weight with free shipping on orders over $150!
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has shipped. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to update.
- If you are still unable to locate it, you can check your order status by logging into your Devoutly account. Additionally, ensure you check your email’s spam folder.
If the package was delivered to the wrong address by the carrier and your shipping address was correct, please reach out to us at orders@devoutly.net.
- We kindly ask our customers to ensure that their addresses are entered correctly, as we cannot take responsibility for any errors that may occur. However, we can either ship your package to the correct mailing address or issue a refund for your order (you will only be charged for the shipping cost).
- Please reach out to us at orders@devoutly.net with how you would like to proceed and include your order number. If you want us to reship the order, please confirm your address and we will be happy to assist.
- We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet. Please verify that your current mailing address matches the one on the order confirmation email you received.
- We also recommend checking with other members of your household to see if anyone may have set your package aside, as this happens frequently.
- If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier may have left the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors. If you live in an apartment complex, we suggest contacting your rental office to see if they are holding your package. Some packages may not fit in your mailbox, so carriers often leave them at the manager’s office for safekeeping.
- In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered but can take additional time to arrive.
- Consider calling your local post office with your tracking number to see if they can assist you further, as they may have more information than what is visible online. If you still cannot locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

Shopping and Payment
Currently, only one coupon code can be applied per order.
There are size charts in each product listing: please measure a shirt that you like the fit of and compare those measurements to the size chart. (It is best to measure your shirt on a flat surface)

• Please keep in mind that we cannot apply coupon codes during site-wide sales. If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order, we will not be able to add a coupon code. Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offers and are limited to one per order.
- Unfortunately, we can’t provide exact estimates of when items will be back in stock. We encourage you to check in periodically on our website to see if the item has come back into stock.
