Please contact us at Support before returning any product
We provide three return options:
1. Refund: will be made to the original payment method with a $6 restocking and handling fee
2. Exchanges: will incur a $6 restocking fee
3. Store credit: will not incur any fees
We are happy to exchange/refund most items within 30 days of purchase. We believe you will love what you ordered from Devoutly, however, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help! We will gladly accept unworn/unused products for free returns within 30 days from the original shipping date. We cannot accept returns on items that have been altered or damaged in any way.
We will also be happy to replace damaged or defective merchandise.
Refunds
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We incur a $6 restocking and handling fee on all refunds.
When we receive your return, it will be inspected and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.
Please note: Orders already in production cannot be canceled or refunded.
International Returns: Currently we do not offer international shipping.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take up to 10 business days. If after 10 business days, you haven’t received a refund please check with your credit card company or bank account first because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@devoutly.net.
Sale Items
Please note that last chance/sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable, all sales are final.
Exchanges
- We currently offer size exchanges only
- However, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For defective/damaged items please email us within 30 days from the original shipping date by logging into your account or emailing us at orders@devoutly.net. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we’ll send you a new one.

Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Devoutly. If you encounter any issues with your order, we will work to make it right.
